24 Abr Traductores, copistas e intérpretes: la transmisión de la Biblia en árabe en la Edad Media
El Seminario internacional Traductores, copistas e intérpretes: la transmisión de la Biblia en árabe en la Edad Media se celebrará los días 26, 27 y 28 de abril en la sede de Casa Árabe Córdoba (c/ Samuel de los Santos Gener, 9). Está organizado por la Universidad de Córdoba, la Universidad de Tel Aviv y el Instituto de Estudios Avanzados de Princeton. Cuenta con la coorganización de la Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo, la Delegación de Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, la Cordoba Near Eastern Research Unit (CNERU) y el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad a través del proyecto de investigación “Estudio y edición de manuscritos bíblicos y patrísticos griegos-árabes y latinos”.
Este seminario contará con la presencia de investigadores de instituciones nacionales e internacionales, como Federico Corriente (Universidad de Zaragoza), Esperanza Alfonso (ILC-CCHS, CSIC) y Camilla Adang (Universidad de Tel Aviv), que analizarán las diversas estrategias y técnicas de traducción utilizadas por traductores musulmanes, judíos y cristianos, con el objetivo de encontrar nuevos campos de trabajo y rastrear posibles lugares de transferencia intercultural entre los traductores e intérpretes de las tres grandes tradiciones monoteístas.
